Transition Planning

Strategic roadmap development for post-secondary success, including college tours, vocational guidance, or hybrid transition support.

Electives & Interests

Scholars customize their path with interest-based electives from digital media to coding, earning diploma credits while exploring personal passions.

Enrollment

Finalize the application to join Liberty Scholars. We'll collaborate on a personalized transition plan for college, career, or hybrid paths.
